SCHEME OF EXAMINATION
The examination process of MP Judicial Services typically occurs in 3 phases;
1. Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)
2. Main Examination (Subjective Type)
3. Interview
1. PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION: The preliminary examination shall be an objective type examination consisting of the following subjects:- (Total questions 150 of 150 Marks) No negative marking is there.

2. MAIN EXAMINATION: Main Examination consists of four subjective question papers, each paper consist 100 marks. First and Second question papers will be given together while third and fourth question papers will be given together. The time period for each question paper will be of 3 hours. The main examination process itself will be conducted over 2 days. Note- While answering the main exams, quoting the principle of citation would be enough. Quoting the citation itself will not earn any extra marks. Further, quoting the wrong citation would be detrimental.

THIRD QUESTION PAPER : LOCAL, CRIMINAL LAW & PROCEDURE [Marks 100]
