Once we finish the subject, we again held the mock test on the whole subject. A Mock Test on state wise examination based is also available. Aspirants may give the mock test for their respective states.
Also, we teach the main answer writing technique. Main examination questions are given in the classroom and asked the students to elaborate the points of the answer. About CEO & Founder
Mr. Mohd Irfan Khan is a Practicing Company Secretary and running a firm in the name & style of MIK & Associates at his two offices i.e. New Delhi (Main Office) and Basti, Uttar Pradesh (Branch Office). He is doing practice in the field of Company Law, Labour Laws, GST, Trademark, Income Tax and other corporate laws. He has been appearing in various Tribunals and Government Offices i.e. National Company Law Tribunal, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, GST Commissioner, and Employees State Insurance Regional Offices since long time and having vast experience to tackle the civil cases.
Mr. Khan is master in Commerce from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh and also graduate in Law from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra. He qualified 10th and 12th Standards from UP Board and topped his city in mathematics. He has also appeared in Delhi Judiciary Exams and qualified the same. Mr. Khan qualified Company Secretary Exams from Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. He started his professional career as a Legal Trainee from a CS and Legal Firm named as Nesar & Associates, New Delhi. There after he was posted as a Legal Manager in a Multinational Company at New Delhi. After facing and experiencing maximum complications of laws, he started his own practice in the field of Company Laws, Labor Laws, GST, Income Tax, Civil Matters and other corporate Laws.
He has been deeply involved in teaching profession since he was just 16 years old and is very much passionate about teaching. He taught all the law subjects to CA students. Due to his deep interest in laws, he decided to establish a leading and premier online platform named as Judicial Adda to spread out legal awareness and also to educated those aspirants who intend to become a Judge.
